The Jurassic in a different way and its fruit paste heart

Preparation steps

1. Cut a slice of Grand Cru Jurassic cheese, about 8 to 10 mm thick.
2. Using a cookie cutter of your chosen shape (and, of course, in line with the current theme), make an impression in the middle of the cheese slice.
3. Repeat the same process with a slice of fruit paste.
4. Like a puzzle, fit the piece of fruit paste into the cheese slice and vice versa. And you’re done!
5. Perfect to sell as is on the shelf, offering your customers a delightful surprise for their guests!
