Ingredients

  • 80 g Sainte-Maure de Touraine AOP La Réserve des Crémiers
  • 8 slices pumpkin seed bread
  • 12 tablespoons sweetcorn
  • 20 cocktail tomatoes
  • 20 button mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • Dill

Preparation steps

  1. Spread bread with Sainte-Maure de Touraine AOP.
  2. Top with sweetcorn.
  3. Halve tomatoes and arrange on top of sweetcorn.
  4. Quarter mushrooms and fry briefly before adding to topping.
  5. Before serving, top with pumpkin seeds and dill.
