« Pinkandou » : pink Radishes, shallots & chives

Ingredients

  • 750 g Picandou Cuisine & Création
  • 5 pink radishes
  • 1 shallot
  • Fresh chives
  • Black pepper from the mill

Preparation steps

  1. Blend or chop the shallot very finely.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Picandou with the shallot.
  3. Slice the chives and radishes into thin slices.
  4. Arrange them on the preparation before serving.
