Farmhouse production. The Tomme de Savoie IGP La Réserve des Crémiers is a semi hard cheese with a natural rind. Yellow and red spots on the rind indicate premium quality. The ripening process takes about 2 months and the cheese develops a soft, aromatic nut flavour.
