Seasonal product, available from September to January in limited quantities. Tomme de Brebis du Rougier is a cheese made from the raw milk of Lacaune ewes, fed exclusively on grass and hay. This special diet gives the cheese a supple texture and a remarkable wealth of flavours. Its rind, rubbed with caramel, evokes the red earth of the region and adds a subtle, distinctive note to the product. It is matured for 6 to 8 weeks.
