Hand-ladled into the moulds. A cheese speciality based on a Brie de Meaux. It is cut in half and garnished with a mixture of mascarpone and summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt, 3%). The cream coloured cheese has a semi-firm and smooth consistency. At the end of the maturing process, the cheese offers a fine truffle flavour.
