Blue cheese. This blue cheese from the Causses is produced according to old tradition with noble mould from genuine rye bread and stored at least 3 months in rock cellars. This Roquefort was selected by the famous “Taste Fromage” brotherhood and has a full-bodied, creamy, strong taste. Roquefort AOP celebrates its 100th anniversary this year. To mark the occasion, RoquefortTaste is available in a packaging specially designed for the occasion, in limited quantities.
