Fromi exclusive. The Reblochon de Savoie AOP Tradition Émotion is a semi-hard cheese with a washed rind from the Savoy Alps. According to an old tradition, the Reblochon is always made twice a day (in the morning and in the evening) with fresh raw milk. It has a fruity hazelnut flavour. Maturing period: minimum 3 weeks.
