Produced in the morning and in the evening with warm raw cow’s milk, the Reblochon de Savoie AOP Affinage d’Excellence is ripened according to Parisian methods. This Reblochon was selected from amongst the most tender and tasty Reblochons. Its rind is redder and more rustic looking than that of a classic Reblochon. When you taste it, you’ll feel an explosion of woody aromas in your mouth.
