Petit Sapin is produced in a traditional dairy region, the Haut-Doubs, and has an authentic and evocative presentation thanks to the band of spruce which surrounds each cheese. Matured in cellars, washed and turned regularly. The rind is natural and gives this typical cheese a unique and assertive character. Appreciated by discerning palates, this cheese is distinguished by a delicious paste and subtly woody and pleasant flavours.
