Petit Grès d’Alsace with truffles

Création Fromi. Soft cheese with a washed rind ripened right in the centre of Alsace. Whats special about it: a variation with a layer of 2% summer truffle preparation (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) in the paste and decorated with fern leaves.These aromas slowly spread in the cheeses body and give the cheese a subtle truffle flavour. At the same time, the body be-comes even smoother and more mellifluous as a result of this filling. A true delicacy!
