Farmhouse product. This amazing cheese is made along one of the 4 Paths of St James of Compostela, on the Tourengis route that passes in front of the Farm. With its creaminess and great flexibility, it has the gentleness of Blue cheese and the perfect balance of goat cheese. It is both creamy but in the aftertaste, one can find a slight texture with some body.
