Fat and salt-reduced hard cows milk cheese with large holes, made in the traditional manner and ripened for at least 6 weeks. It has a dark brown plastic covering which protects the cheese and keeps it at the perfect stage of ripeness. It has an aromatic, fruity-nutty flavour.
