Montchic Young Talent. Swiss pressed cheese made from raw cow’s milk from the Appenzell region. Min. 168 days maturation. This cheese truly shines when it’s given the right care and sufficient time to mature. The only thing missing to showcase it perfectly is a special place: for our pure Swiss hard cheese, we have chosen a catwalk made of spruce boards in a rock cellar made of lime sandstone. After six months of cave maturing, the time has come: an aromatic, well balanced young star takes to the stage, perfectly matured for great enjoyment. This cheese is from the Heritage collection.
