Montchic OT (Old Talent) is pampered with red cultures while it enjoys an extra-long beauty sleep in a limestone cave. Once awoken, the wait has paid off: beautifully decorated with the first salt crystals in its smooth pâte, it makes an impressive opening with its spicy, strong aroma. This cheese is from the Heritage collection. The Heritage collection shows the legacy of the past. Tradition and modernity are the dairy’s core values.
