Mini Triplerousse d’Argental

A Fromi creation! The Mini Triplerousse d’Argental is a miniature version of the famous Triplerousse d’Argental. This cheese is made from three different milks: cow’s, goat’s and sheep’s milk. The tasting experience begins at first sight, with its pleated orange rind, characteristic of the Rousse range. More than just a rind, it resembles a thin membrane that shrinks and wrinkles as it matures. Underneath, the cheese has a chalkier centre. On the palate, this cheese is surprisingly light, thanks to the ewe’s and goat’s milk.
