Le P’tit Jurassic
Le P’tit Jurassic is made with care in a small mountain dairy in the Allgäu region. This hard, slightly spicy cheese is made exclusively from hay milk, with a label specific to the region. The Allgäu brown cows (a robust breed native to the region) are fed only on fresh grass or hay produced locally, giving this cheese its naturally delicate and unique flavour. In the maturing cellar, each wheel of Alpine cheese is given 3 to 4 months to develop its distinctive character and mild flavour. From the very first bite, Le P’tit Jurassic cheese makes you want to come back for more. Soft and warm, its small format is ideal for cheese shelves. It also lends itself perfectly to rosettes on cheese boards, adding an elegant, gourmet touch.
