A soft cows milk cheese with a mixed mould, made in the Pilat Nature Reserve (Rhone-Alpes Region) and matured for two weeks. Its hexagonal shape makes it easy to cut into portions. It has a fresh, fruity taste and a soft, even, creamy texture. Its warm, natural colours give it a rustic look.
