Gutshöfer with truffle

Farmhouse production. The Gutshöfer aux Truffes is a piquant, mature pressed cheese with a sweet flavour, extremely smooth body and very attractive appearance, flavoured with original summer truffles (1,1%). It is matured for at least three months. This beautiful cheese is an eye catcher at your cheese counter. Thanks to the markings on its rind the cheese is easily portionable into 16 wedges of about 500 g or 32 wedges of about 250 g.
