A soft cows milk cheese with a flowery mould, made in the Pilat Nature Reserve (Rhone-Alpes Region) and matured for two weeks. Flavoured with garlic and herbs, it has a particularly delicate, aromatic taste and a soft, creamy centre. The ultrafiltration technique ensures that the cheese is naturally rich in calcium.
