Fromager d’Affinois

A soft cows milk cheese with a flowery mould, made in the Pilat Nature Reserve (Rhone-Alpes Region) and matured for two weeks. It has a soft, creamy texture and a delicate, fresh taste. The ultra-filtration technique ensures that the cheese is naturally rich in calcium, phosphorus, vitamins and proteins.
