Fondue Fribourg

Fondue Fribourg is a Swiss fondue made from Le Fribourg (40%) and Raclette le Tsalè (60%). It is a delicious, velvety fondue, full of character, with a distinctive flavour. It also has an excellent melting capacity. Melt the mixture with a little white wine.
