Florette 125 g

A soft goats milk cheese with a flowery mould, made in the Pilat Nature Reserve (Rhone-Alpes Region), an ideal environment for rearing goats. Florette is matured for two weeks to give a creamy centre and a very delicate goats cheese flavour. Florette is rich in calcium: 100 g of cheese contain 600 mg of calcium. Ideal for children.
