2 months ripening in an oak cask. Together with Kissas, we have successfully launched an authentic PDO feta, aged and delivered in a 22 kg oak cask. This feta is a product that is distinguished by its history, by tradition and by the land that gave birth to it, and of course by its incredibly unique taste.
