Fromi exclusive. Wooden box. Moulded by hand. This soft ripened triple-cream cheese from the Burgundy area is made from cow’s milk. Crème fraîche is added to the milk during the manufacturing process. The texture is very unctuous and creamy and its flavour is milky and delicate.
