Cremoso al panettone

A Fromi exclusivity! A creation of our Master Cheesemaker. The new Cremoso “al Panettone” is the perfect addition to the current Italian Cremoso Haute Couture range. This version of Gorgonzola Cremoso is livened up with some candied fruits (particularly orange and lemon), raisins and vanilla and some 100% natural lemon flavouring from the Fraccaro spumadoro patisserie. This combination of ingredients creates a unique cheese: a unique and original blend combining the creamy texture with the sweetness of candied fruits. This idea came about from the desire to combine the Cremoso with candied fruits, the famous Milanese Italian sweet bread with candied fruits that many prepare and enjoy at Christmas. This cheese is the latest creation from the Moro cheese dairy, adding a touch of Christmas cheer. Try it – you won’t regret it!
