Cremoso al cioccolato

Cremoso Chocolat, a flavoured version of a chocolate preparation that’s decorated with real chocolate shavings. It’s a unique combination of a creamy Italian blue and chocolate. Delicately flavoured and truly delicious, let yourself be blown away by this delectable cheese and its finish that lingers on the palate. It is produced in the heart of the Veneto region. The base is a 90-day ripened Gorgonzola DOP, slowly infused with a chocolate preparation. A few chocolate shavings on top complete the recipe and add the finishing touch.
