Clochette loose

Clochettes are little semi-hard goat milk cheeses cheeses weighing between 2 and 4 g. They are especially great with an aperitif, adding a touch of originality and practicality, as well as their unique, subtle hazelnut flavour. They pair best with a dry white wine. They are made at the Domaine des Ballifays, a small-family owned cheese dairy in the heart of the Charolais hills. Their 150 goats are fed with grain and hay during the winter and graze in he open fields the rest of the year. The goat rawmilk cheeses they produice have unique forms and flavours.
