Hartington Blue Stilton PDO is artisanally handmade by the world’s smallest Stilton producer! This Stilton is ripened for 8 weeks and has a unique blue that is extraordinarily creamy. It pairs perfectly with pears or celery. It is also delightful in a sauce over meat dishes, along with a glass of red wine. It won the bronze medal at the International Cheese Awards 2021.
