Comté, France’s first AOP for cheeses, is made in traditional “fruitière” dairies in the Doubs Department. It is then cellar-ripened for 4 months according to traditional methods, and develops a palette of subtle and fruity aromas. These little cubes of Comté are a perfect choice for an apéritif with friends, to liven up your salads, or even just as a snack.
