This Reblochon de Savoie is a farmhouse product, made morning and evening on the farm in the Haute-Savoie using traditional methods. Each production stage is performed by hand. Once made, the Reblochons cheeses are ripened in a cellar for over 3 weeks on spruce boards. It’s during this last stage that they acquire the creamy and supple texture, light to saffron yellow rind covered in places with a soft white down, and their typical flavour reminiscent of cream and hazelnut.
