Applewood original half wheel

Applewood is a traditional cheddar from Ilchester. What makes it special is that it is smoked and sprinkled with paprika, which gives it its lovely amber/gold colour. It has a subtly smoky flavour and a melting texture. An ideal cheese to add to a variety of recipes for a magnificent smoked flavour.
