Churn Butter with wine salt Beurre de Bordeaux 80g

Premium churn butter from the south-west of France. This artisanbutter is made entirely from regional products. It is slowly matured using the best selected raw materials from the Charente. A double processing in the churn gives this butter full of character a subtle creaminess and a beautiful balance in the mouth. The flavour of the wine salt gives it a delicious salty, wine-flavoured taste. Aesthetically, the small pink-red salt crystals contrast well with the lighter colour of the butter.
