The Périgord has a long history of producing goat’s cheese. Produced in Saint Astier, Rond du Périgord is a perfect example of the region. This little goat’s cheese is made from whole Périgord goat’s milk and is matured for a minimum of 4 days. It has a beautiful ivory-coloured paste, a tender centre and a thin rind. You’ll love its fine, creamy texture and light goaty notes.
