Chèvre d’Or Moléson Signature
Following the launch of Brebis d’Or in the Moléson Signature range, here comes the Chèvre d’Or Moléson Signature, its counterpart made with thermised goat’s milk. This Swiss cheese comes from the Canton of Fribourg. It is matured for 7 days. The finesse of the goat’s milk, combined with the aroma of the spruce belt, gives Chèvre d’Or Moléson Signature a multitude of authentic, woody flavours. With its white colour, beige rim and slightly firm texture, it is the perfect complement to any cheese platter, and can be enjoyed on a slice of bread or even with a spoon. It’s especially excellent eaten warm! All you have to do is put it in the oven with its spruce belt in a dish for around twenty minutes at 160°C, then enjoy it with a few jacket potatoes.
