This cow‘s milk soft cheese is offered in a wooden box and can be enjoyed both cold and warm. Its thin rind hides a creamy and soft core. In the mouth, softness and typicality combine with a hint of salt! The true delight unfolds when served warm: place it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 150 degrees – a real treat! Available in plain or flavoured with wild garlic, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt. 3%), or walnut aroma.
