Brique de Bufflonne d’Argental

A Fromi creation! The Brique de Bufflonne d’Argental is characterised by its original brick shape, perfect for cutting and visually appealing on the shelf. This cheese has an attractive white bloomy rind and a dense, creamy texture. Its fresh aromas and distinctive flavours will appeal to a wide range of consumers. Made by hand in Bergamo, Italy, from the finest buffalo milk, its shape and appearance reflect the traditional characteristics of cheeses from this region. Brique de bufflonne d’Argental also comes in a “rousse” version, called Briquerousse de bufflonne d’Argental. Its rind is delicately washed in salted water and lightly coloured with natural annatto. During the maturing process, the rind forms and turns orange. The choice is yours!
