Le Baron Brie sélection truffle

This softcheese with a white mould rind is delicately filled with white summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt., 1.6%). It is characterised by a generous truffle line in the centre of the cheese mass. This creamy Brie combines the mildness of the cheese with the generous flavour of the truffle. A delicious cheese for the festive season.
