Farmhouse product. The perfect alliance between Saulzais-le-Potier in France and Japan. This farmhouse cheese made from raw sheep’s milk is made in the traditional way. A Japanese cherrytree leaf is incorporated into the paste, giving the cheese a delicate flavour. Thanks to its originality and flavour, it was awarded the gold medal at the Lyon international competition in 2023.
