Petit Grès du Centre-Loire plain fresh goat cheese

Handmade. This cheese from the Val de Loire is made from goat’s milk and ladle moulded. Its soft, smooth paste is characterised by a slightly acidic goat’s flavour, which is also reflected in its taste.
