Preparation steps

1. Cut the apples into quarters and the bread into small pieces.
2. Remove the rind and cut the Cheddar cheese into thin strips.
3. Pour the beer into the fondue pot and heat.
4. Quickly add the cheese and mix it with the beer.
5. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon, making figure 8s, until the fondue is smooth and homogenous.
6. Light the fondue stove on the table. Place the fondue pot on the stove and keep stirring.
7. It’s ready! Dip the bread and apple quarters into the fondue.
