Petit Grès du Centre-Loire with herbs

This cheese from the Val de Loire is made from goat’s milk, hand-laddled and covered with herbs from Provence, fennel, oregano, basil and juniper berries. Its soft, smooth paste is characterised by a slightly acidic goat’s flavour, which is also expressed in the taste.
