Tomme châtaigne et liqueur d’orange Signature

A new original creation in the Signature range! The Tomme châtaigne et liqueur d’orange Signature is made from a natural Tomme cheese with thermised milk. After an ideal ripening period of 7 days in the cellar, this Tomme cheese is cut in half and delicately filled with mascarpone and finished with a mixture of chestnut purée, chestnut pieces and orange liquor Grand Marnier. The sweetness of the chestnuts on the palate contrasts with the Grand Marnier flavour and blends perfectly with the freshness of the Tomme. Thick and richly filled, this creamy Tomme is sure to be a crowd-pleaser on any cheeseboard or picnic table.
