A soft ewes milk cheese with a flowery mould, made in the Pilat Nature Reserve (Rhone-Alpes Region) and matured for two weeks. Brebicet has a soft, smooth, melt-in-the-mouth centre and a delicate, aromatic flavour, between intense and gentle, never too strong.
