P’tit Valley

P’tit Valley is a French soft cheese in an attractive wooden box, without any metal clamps, so it can be placed in the oven or the microwave to melt the cheese. P’tit Valley is made from pasteurised cow’s milk and is matured for a fortnight. Due to the spruce belt, the P’tit Valley gets an aromatic, full-bodied, slightly woody taste.
