A soft cows milk cheese with a flowery mould, made in the Pilat Nature Reserve (Rhône-Alpes Region) and matured for two weeks. Pavé dAffinois has a particularly gentle, fresh taste. Its soft texture and original cube shape will delight the whole family. The ultrafiltration technique ensures that the cheese is naturally rich in calcium and milk proteins.
