For several years, Vincent Christophe‘s dream has been to combine chocolate and cheese. But who could accomplish such a feat?! During a tasting at Moro Formaggi, after a few glasses of prosecco, he shared his crazy idea with Giovanni: ‘What if we created a blue cheese coated in chocolate?‘ Giovanni took some chocolate shavings, which he usually uses for his Cremoso al Cioccolato, melted them, and they cut some pieces of blue cheese into cubes and dipped them into the melted chocolate. After chilling for a while, these little bites of blue cheese coated in chocolate were ready. The verdict was clear: the pleasure was overwhelming! And thus began the adventure of creating this cheese delicacy! ‘Even if our customers might think we‘re crazy, we‘re taking on the challenge!‘ We went further and now offer mini chocolate candies: small bites coated in milk or dark chocolate, sprinkled with dried flowers: lavender, sunflower, and violet.
