Cremoso al caffè

A Fromi exclusive! Created by our Master Cheesemaker. As such, we present to you the Cremoso al Caffè, a unique combination of creamy Italian blue cheese and “Indo” arabica coffee from one of Italy’s greatest roasters: Giamaica Caffè Srl. The Cremoso al Caffè cheese is made in the heart of the Veneto region. The base is a 90-day aged Gorgonzola DOP, slowly infused with powdered arabica coffee (2%) over 10 days. On top, the cheese is decorated with a few coffee beans made from dark chocolate (cocoa from Ecuador-Peru and Madagascar). What else? Nothing. Served with a spoon, it will make the perfect, stunning end to a meal.
