Picandou stuffed avocado

Ingredients

  • 4 Picandou cheeses
  • 2 avocado
  • 1 lettuce (any variety you like)
  • 2 mango

Preparation steps

  1. Cut the avocado in two, remove the stone and fill with the previously softened Picandou.
  2. Cut lengthwise into several slices.
  3. Arrange the salad on a plate and season.
  4. Top with the avocado slices and serve with a ripe hedgehog-cut mango
