Raclette le Fribourg with braised oinions

Swiss Raclette Le Fribourg with braised onions. This flavouring is unique and the result of our master cheesemaker’s long work. The onions are added to the vat and mixed by hand. Tsalé is made with good mountain milk from Fribourg. The green pastures of the Fribourg Prealps give the milk a distinctive, characteristic taste as well as a fine, smooth-melting paste. The square shape is easier to cut so you can offer attractive slices and avoid waste.
